This lovely couple pulled out all the stops for their wedding day at Coombe Lodge, Blagdon. Think of Pinterest, all the details of the day were the kind of things all other girls are pinning to their ‘dream wedding’ Pinterest boards.
We arrived at the venue when all the bridal party were getting ready in a lovely stately bedroom, there were bubbles being poured, lots of laughter and some stunning dresses and accessories floating around. The girls all had time to pose for some fun girly photos in their matching robes in between getting ready.
The plan was for the ceremony to be held outside, the chairs were set up with this expectation in mind but the weather was toying with everyone that morning. It was decided last minute to go ahead with the outdoor ceremony, the rain made a very small appearance but not enough to dampen anyone’s spirits. Their little daughter, the flower girl, stole the show by walking down the aisle holding a little sign announcing the brides arrival. Their was a fantastic harp player who captured everyone’s attention with her interpretation of well-known songs.
The bride and groom looked amazing, the venue and grounds were beautiful, and the band in the evening were fantastic and had everyone dancing for hours. Amy and Graham, thank you for letting us be part of your day, we enjoyed every little bit of it, all the best to you both.
